Arbitration: Any unresolved disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against phvvv Casino.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Amendments

13.2 Severability
